You can book your Custom Made and Transformation appointments at the Boutique. Our dedicated advisor will help you define your specifications and provide careful guidance.
Appointments are available during the week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings.

JEWELRY CARE
The Boutique offers a free cleaning service for your Douze jewelry, using our ultrasonic bath. Ultrasonic waves deeply clean jewelry, reaching hard-to-access areas, to remove grease, soap residue, and dust.
We reserve the right to refuse to clean certain jewelry due to the type of gemstones.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
For any purchase made at the Boutique, it is possible to proceed with an exchange within 14 days.
Any purchase made at the Boutique will not be eligible for a refund. A credit note, valid for 1 year, will be offered to you.
