What are Douze Paris jewelry made of?
All our creations are made from recycled 18-carat gold (750/1000°) and fine and precious stones. We only source our products from RJC-COC certified foundries to ensure the traceability of our metals. We also pay particular attention to the origin of our stones. This is why we only use "conflict-free" diamonds to create our jewelry.
How do I know my ring size?
Our rings are available in sizes 49 to 56. On request , we can of course make smaller or larger sizes!
To determine the ring size for your finger, Douze Paris recommends three methods:
First method: trust our super little guide
In our humble opinion, this method is by far the best of the three! Be sure to print this guide at 100% scale to avoid distorting the measurements!
Second method: measure a ring you already own
You need:
- the ring you usually wear on the desired finger and a millimeter ruler
Measure the internal diameter of the ring you have chosen, then refer to the correspondence table below.
Third method: Measure your finger circumference
You need:
- A thread or tape measure and a millimeter ruler
Wrap the thread or ribbon around your finger and then measure the length using your ruler. Once you have your finger circumference in millimeters, refer to the measurement chart below.
Tip: It's best to measure your finger at the end of the day. Also measure the widest part of your finger. If you're between two ring sizes, choose the larger one.

Are there multiple bracelet sizes?
Our bangles are available in one size but have been designed to fit all wrists! Chain bracelets can be adjusted to fit using the rings provided. Feel free to consult the product descriptions on the sales pages and contact us for more information.
We offer half-measure modifications upon request by email.

Necklace lengths and widths vary depending on the style. Our chain necklaces are designed to be adjusted to fit your size using the jump rings provided. Please refer to the product descriptions on the sales pages and contact us for more information.

Is there gift wrapping?
All our items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, then placed in a gift bag and finally in a bag to protect them during delivery.

What are the shipping costs and times for my order?
Shipping by Colissimo:
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the address you provide. We offer free shipping for orders over €200 (Metropolitan France). For orders under this amount, please refer to the table below:

Delivery by courier:
For Paris intra-muros, we also offer delivery by courier for a flat rate of €20 including tax upon request by email.
Unless otherwise indicated, your purchase will be processed within 48 to 72 hours of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your package is shipped.
How do I track my order?
An email with your package's tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped (so be sure to check your email when creating your account). You can also contact our customer service by sending us a sweet note at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr
What if my jewelry gets damaged or breaks?
Don't panic, your jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year! If the deterioration of the jewelry is linked to its natural wear or if it is a manufacturing defect (a thousand apologies!), we offer you the repair free of charge upon presentation of the proof of purchase (invoice downloadable from the My Account > Order History section.) You must then send the product in its original packaging along with the invoice to the following address:

What is the repair time?
We promise, we'll do our best! You can expect to receive your jewelry within two weeks. A little longer, a little less; you'll be given an estimated delivery time upon receipt. Finally, you'll of course be notified by email when it's shipped.
If my jewelry doesn't suit me, how long do I have to return it?
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return request.
To do so, simply let us know at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr .
Please note: to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and your order sent back at your expense.
(Psst, we recommend choosing the Colissimo Signature option when returning your package, we cannot cover the loss of your package!)
Custom-made or transformation creations are not refundable.
How do I get a refund?
It's simple! Send us your request by email (specifying the reason for the return) and we will refund the price of the returned product (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility) to your bank account. An email will be sent to you to confirm the refund.
For hygiene reasons, we do not refund piercings used as prosthetics during our piercing workshops.
Is the website douze-paris.fr safe?
Don't worry, your payment card number is not stored on the douze-paris.fr website, but rather on our bank's. All information transmitted on our site is secure.
Which cards can I use to pay for my order?
We accept the following cards: CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®. All payments made on the website will be debited in €.
