What are Douze Paris jewelry made of?

All our creations are made of recycled 18 carat gold (750/1000°) and fine and precious stones. We only source from RJC-COC certified foundries in order to verify the traceability of our metals. We also pay particular attention to the origin of our stones. This is why we only use "non-conflict" diamonds to make our jewelry.

How do I know my ring size?

Our rings are available in sizes 49 to 56. On request , we can of course make smaller or larger sizes!

To determine the ring size for your finger, Douze Paris recommends three methods:

 First method: trust our super little guide

In our humble opinion, this method is by far the best method of the three! Be careful to print this guide at 100% scale so as not to distort the measurements!

Method 2: Measure a ring you already have

You need:

  • the ring you usually wear on the desired finger and a millimeter ruler

Measure the internal diameter of the ring you have chosen, then refer to the correspondence table below.

Method 3: Measure your finger circumference

You need:

  • A thread or tape measure and a millimeter ruler

Wrap the thread or ribbon around your finger and then measure the length using your ruler. Once you have the circumference of your finger in millimeters, refer to the correspondence table below.

Tips: It is best to measure your finger at the end of the day. Also take measurements of the widest part of your finger. If you are hesitating between two ring sizes, choose the larger one.

Are there multiple sizes of bracelets?

Our bangles are available in one size but have been designed for all your wrists! The chain bracelets can be adjusted to size thanks to the rings provided for this purpose. Do not hesitate to consult the product description on the sales pages and to contact us for more information.

We offer half-measure modifications upon request by email.

Are there multiple sizes of necklaces?

The length and width of the necklaces vary depending on the model. Our chain necklaces have been designed to be narrowed/enlarged to size using the rings provided for this purpose. Do not hesitate to consult the product description on the sales pages and to contact us for more information.

Is there gift wrapping?

All our items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper then placed in a gift bag, and finally in a bag, in order to protect them during delivery.

What are the costs and shipping times for my order?

Shipping by Colissimo:

The delivery time and cost may vary depending on the address indicated. We offer you free shipping for any order greater than or equal to €200 (metropolitan France). For any purchase less than this amount, please refer to the table below:

Delivery by courier:
For Paris intra-muros, we also offer delivery by courier for a flat rate of €15 including tax upon request by email.

Unless otherwise indicated by us, your purchase will be processed within 48 to 72 hours of ordering. You will receive a confirmation email when the package is shipped.

How do I track my order?

An email indicating the tracking number of your package will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped (so be sure to check your email when creating your account). You can also contact our customer service by sending us a sweet note to the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr

What if my jewelry gets damaged or breaks?

Don't panic, your jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year! If the deterioration of the jewelry is linked to its natural wear or if it is a manufacturing defect (a thousand apologies!), we offer you the repair free of charge upon presentation of the proof of purchase (invoice downloadable from the My Account > Order History section.) You must then send the product in its original packaging as well as the invoice to the following address:

What is the repair time?

We promise, we will do our best! You can expect a period of about fifteen days to receive your jewel. A little more, a little less, an estimate of the time will be given to you upon receipt of the product. Finally, you will of course be informed by e-mail of its reshipment.

If my jewelry doesn't suit me, how long do I have to return it?

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return request.

To do so, simply let us know at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr .

Please note, to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the conditions previously mentioned are not met, your return will be rejected and your order sent back at your expense.

(Psst, we advise you to choose the Colissimo Signature option when returning your package, we cannot cover the loss of your package!)

Custom or Transformation creations are not refundable.

How do I get a refund?

It's that simple! Send us your request by email (specifying the why and how) and we will refund the price of the returned product (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility) to your bank account. An email will be sent to you to confirm the refund.

For hygiene reasons, we do not reimburse piercings used as prostheses during our piercing workshops.

Is the site douze-paris.fr safe?

Don't worry, your payment card number is not stored on the douze-paris.fr website but on that of our banking establishment. Any transmission of information on our site is done securely.

Which cards can I use to pay for my order?
