What are Douze Paris jewels made of?

All our creations are made of recycled 18-carat gold (750/1000°) and fine and precious stones. We only source from RJC-COC certified foundries to verify the traceability of our metals. We also pay particular attention to the origin of our stones. That's why we only use "non-conflict" diamonds for our jewelry.

How do I know my ring size?

Our rings are available in sizes 49 to 56. Upon request, we can of course make smaller or larger sizes!

To determine the ring size for your finger, Douze Paris recommends three methods:

      First method: trust our great little guide

In our humble opinion, this method is by far the best of the three! Be sure to print this guide at 100% scale so as not to distort the measurements!

      Second method: measure a ring you already own

You will need:

• the ring you usually wear on the desired finger and a millimeter ruler

Measure the internal diameter of the chosen ring, then refer to the correspondence table below.

      Third method: Measure your finger circumference

You will need:

• A thread or tape measure and a millimeter ruler

Wrap the thread or tape around your finger then measure the obtained length with your ruler. Once you have the circumference of your finger in millimeters, refer to the correspondence table below.

Tips: It is best to measure your finger at the end of the day. Also, take measurements of the widest part of your finger. If you hesitate between two ring sizes, prefer the larger one.

Are there several bracelet sizes?

Our bangle is available in one size but has been designed for all wrists! Chain bracelets, on the other hand, can be adjusted to size using the rings provided for this purpose. Do not hesitate to consult the product descriptions on the sales pages and contact us for more information.

We offer semi-custom modifications upon request by email.

Are there several necklace sizes?

The length and width of the necklaces vary according to the models. Our chain necklaces have been designed to be shortened/lengthened to size thanks to the rings provided for this purpose. Do not hesitate to consult the product descriptions on the sales pages and contact us for more information.

Is there gift packaging?

All our items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper then placed in a gift pouch, and finally in a bag, to protect them during delivery.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times for my order?

Shipping by Colissimo:

Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the address indicated. We offer free shipping for all orders equal to or greater than 200€ (mainland France.) For any purchase less than this amount, please refer to the table below:

Courier delivery:

For intra-mural Paris, we also offer courier delivery for a flat rate of 20€ incl. VAT upon request by email.

Unless exceptionally indicated by us, your purchase will be processed within 48 to 72 hours of the order. You will receive a confirmation email when the package is shipped.

How to track my order?

An email indicating your package tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped (so be sure to check your email when creating your account). You can also contact our customer service by sending us a kind word to the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr

What if my jewelry gets damaged or breaks?

Don't panic, your jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year! If the deterioration of the jewel is linked to its natural wear or if it is a manufacturing defect (a thousand pardons!), we offer free repair upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice downloadable from the My Account > Order History section.) You must then post the product in its original packaging as well as the invoice to the following address:

What is the repair time?

We promise, we'll do our best! You can count on a delay of about fifteen days to get your jewelry back. A little more, a little less, an estimated time will be given to you upon receipt of the product. Finally, you will of course be informed by email of its reshipment.

If my jewelry doesn't suit me, how long do I have to return it?

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return request.

To do this, simply inform us at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr.

Please note, to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and your order will be returned at your expense.

(Psst, we advise you to choose the Colissimo Signature option for your return, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package!)

Custom-made or Transformation creations are not refundable.

How do I get a refund?

It's very simple! Send us your request by email (specifying why and how) and we will refund the price of the returned product (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer) to your bank account. An email will be sent to you to confirm the refund.

For hygiene reasons, we do not refund piercings used as prostheses during our piercing workshops. 

Is the douze-paris.fr website secure?

Don't worry, your payment card number is not stored on the douze-paris.fr website but on our banking institution's website. All information transmitted on our site is done securely.

 What cards can I use to pay for my order?

We accept the following cards: CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. All payments made on the site will be debited in €.
