STEP 1: booking your appointment
By clicking right here, book your appointment for the creation of your Bespoke jewellery with Douze, an ethical jewellery Maison. This first conversation marks the start of your personalised jewellery project. We will welcome you in one of our Parisian nests for a special moment. We can't wait to meet you… For more flexibility, appointments can also take place remotely, by video call. Enjoy the Douze experience wherever you are!
STEP 2: sketch proposals for your Bespoke jewellery
Drawing on our insightful conversations about your Bespoke jewellery project, the designer gives free rein to her jewellery imagination. Within three weeks, we present three original, perfectly unique drawings, following the brief defined together at the first appointment. Each drawing is carefully thought through for a deeply personal piece. The hardest part now? Choosing your future one-of-a-kind jewel!
When the sketches are delivered, a fee covering the creative process is charged.
STEP 3: quote approval and gem sourcing
Once your favourite Bespoke design is chosen, we ask our partner Parisian workshops to assess the cost of producing your Bespoke creation. This allows us to share a quote for your personalised jewellery. Once you have approved it, we proceed with the sourcing of the diamonds and natural fine stones needed for the project, through our certified partner gemmologists and diamond dealers.
The selection of the precious stone(s) for your Douze Bespoke jewellery can take place during a selection appointment at our Showroom in Paris.
STEP 4: production and finishing touches
Once the gems are selected, a 3D visual rendering is shared with you to approve the volumes and overall look of your Bespoke jewellery. Then, production begins! Our Parisian artisan jewellers take over, with all the precision and passion that drives them. All our Bespoke jewellery is made to the highest standards of quality and traceability. The magic happens in Paris: your piece in 18-carat recycled gold takes shape, and the result promises to be dazzling!
STEP 5: delivery and pure joy
Your Bespoke jewellery is ready! Delight and satisfaction guaranteed. Based in Paris? You can pick it up at our Showroom! And if not? We carefully post it to you (fully insured) so you receive it as soon as possible. Your jewel awaits, full of meaning and beauty.
