Returns:

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your return request.

To do this, simply inform us at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr. Return postage costs are at your expense.

Please note, to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the aforementioned conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and your order returned at your expense.
