STEP 1: Making an appointment

By clicking right here , book your appointment for the creation of your bespoke jewelry with Douze, an ethical jewelry house. This initial consultation marks the beginning of your personalized jewelry project. We will welcome you to one of our Parisian boutiques for a private and exclusive experience. We are already looking forward to meeting you… For added flexibility, appointments can also be conducted remotely via video conference. Experience Douze wherever you are!

STEP 2: Proposal of sketches of your custom jewelry

Based on our informative discussions about your custom jewelry project, the designer lets her imagination run wild. Within three weeks, we will present you with three original and perfectly unique designs, all adhering to the specifications we defined together during our initial consultation. Each design is meticulously crafted to create a truly personal piece. The hardest part now is choosing your future one-of-a-kind jewel!

When the sketches are delivered to you, a fee constituting payment for the creative process is required.

STEP 3: Validation of the design and quote

Once you have chosen your favorite bespoke piece of jewelry , we ask our partner workshops in Paris to assess the cost of producing your custom creation. This allows us to provide you with a quote for your personalized piece. Once you have approved this quote, we proceed to source the diamonds and natural gemstones necessary for the project from our certified partner gemologists and diamond dealers .

Choosing the gemstone(s) for your Douze Bespoke jewelry can be done by scheduling a selection appointment in our Paris showroom.

STEP 4: Production and finishing of your jewelry

Once the gemstones are selected , a 3D visual rendering is provided to you so you can approve the dimensions and overall look of your bespoke piece. Then, we begin production! Our Parisian jewelers take over, bringing their characteristic precision and passion to the craft. All our bespoke jewelry is made to the highest standards of quality and traceability . The magic happens in Paris : your 18-karat recycled gold piece takes shape, and the result promises to be dazzling!

STEP 5: Reception and absolute happiness

Your custom-made jewelry is ready! Ecstasy and satisfaction are guaranteed. Do you live in Paris? You can pick it up in our showroom! And if not? We'll mail it to you with care (and insurance) so you receive it as quickly as possible. Your jewelry awaits, full of meaning and beauty.
