STEP 1: BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
By clicking right here, book your appointment for the creation of your Bespoke piece with Douze, an ethical fine jewellery house. This first conversation marks the beginning of your personalised jewellery project. We welcome you in one of our two Parisian nests (at the Shop or the Showroom) for a privileged moment. For greater flexibility, appointments can also take place remotely, by video call. Live the Douze experience wherever you are!
STEP 2: THE SKETCH PROPOSALS FOR YOUR BESPOKE PIECE
Drawing on our insightful conversations about your Bespoke jewellery project, the designer gives free rein to her jewellery imagination. Within three weeks, we present three original, perfectly unique drawings, following the brief defined together at the first appointment. Each drawing is carefully thought through for a deeply personal piece. The hardest part now? Choosing your future one-of-a-kind jewel!
When the sketches are delivered, a fee covering the creative process is charged.
STEP 3: QUOTE APPROVAL AND GEM SOURCING
Once your favourite Bespoke design has been chosen, we ask our partner Parisian workshops to assess the cost of producing your Bespoke creation. This then allows us to send you a quote for your personalised piece. Once you have approved it, we proceed with the sourcing of the natural diamonds and fine stones required for the project from our gemmologists and certified partner diamond dealers.
The choice of the precious stone or stones for your Douze Bespoke piece can be the subject of a selection appointment at our Showroom in Paris.
STEP 4: PRODUCTION AND FINISHING OF YOUR JEWEL
Once the gems have been selected, a 3D visual rendering is then sent to you so that you can approve the volumes and the overall look of your Bespoke piece. Finally, we launch production! Our Parisian master jewellers take over, with all the precision and passion that drives them. All our Bespoke pieces are created in keeping with the highest standards of quality and traceability. The magic happens in Paris: your piece in 18-karat recycled gold takes shape, and the result promises to be radiant!
STEP 5: DELIVERY AND ABSOLUTE HAPPINESS
Your Bespoke piece is ready! Delight and satisfaction await. Do you live in Paris? You can come and collect it at our Showroom! And if not? We will send it to you with the greatest care (and insured) so that you receive it as soon as possible. Your jewel is waiting for you, filled with meaning and beauty.
