You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return request. To do so, simply let us know at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr . Return postage costs are your responsibility.

Please note, to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the conditions mentioned above are not met, your return will be rejected and your order returned at your expense.

Our expertise

We are a sustainable jewelry house founded in Paris in 2017. We only work with 18-carat recycled gold and natural fine and precious stones. 18k is made from 75% pure gold and 25% silver and copper, making the alloy strong and durable. This same quality of gold is used by the largest houses on Place Vendôme. We want slow and thoughtful creation, by certified partner workshops renowned for their know-how .

Our jewelry is carefully wrapped in tissue paper then protected with a suede purse or pouch. Wedding rings and rigid rings are stored in pretty Douze Paris boxes .
