Free delivery on orders over €200 in Metropolitan France
Shipping via Colissimo:
Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the address provided. We offer free shipping on all orders of €200 or more (mainland France). For orders under this amount, please refer to the table below:
Metropolitan France: Delivery via Colissimo (signature required) €8 incl. VAT 48h Europe + French Overseas Departments and Territories €12 incl. VAT Estimated delivery time: Between 3 and 7 days
Returns:
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your return request.
To do so, simply let us know at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr . Return postage costs are your responsibility.
Please note that to be accepted, the product must be unworn and undamaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and your order returned to you at your expense.
