Your Bespoke and Transformation appointments can take place at the Boutique. Our dedicated advisor will help define your brief and guide you with care.
Appointments are available on weekdays, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning.

JEWELLERY CARE
The Boutique offers a free cleaning service for your Douze jewellery, using our ultrasonic bath. Ultrasonic waves deep-clean jewellery, reaching hard-to-access areas to remove oils, soap residue and dust.
We reserve the right to decline the cleaning of certain pieces depending on the type of gems.

SIZING AND RESIZING
If you would like to know your ring size, feel free to visit our Boutique. Our advisor will be delighted to help you.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
For any purchase made at the Boutique, an exchange is possible within 14 days.
Purchases made at the Boutique are not eligible for a refund. A store credit, valid for 1 year, will be offered instead.
