During our first appointment, you bring your spare jewelry: antique rings, pendants, gold bracelets, or other vintage or forgotten pieces, so we can examine them closely. We test the quality of the metals and gemstones, count the number of stones, and measure the weight of gold to determine if a jewelry transformation is possible.
Our antique jewelry transformation service is fully personalized and tailored to the nature of each piece.
Once the specifications established together during our meeting are approved, we'll get to work and provide you with three designs within three weeks. Each sketch illustrates a different way to transform your ring, pendant, or any other antique jewelry into a completely modern piece. The hardest part will be choosing!
When the sketches are delivered to you, a fee constituting payment for the creative process is required.
We then ask the wonderful Parisian workshops we work with to assess the cost of transforming your jewelry into gold, as well as the production time (approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project). After removing any usable stones, they provide us with the exact price of your metal weight, which will be deducted from your total invoice. This is a key step in establishing a transparent quote for the transformation of your jewelry.
Once your quote is approved, sourcing additional gemstones is possible for a transformation project and is carried out at this stage. The selection of the stone(s), sourced from our partner gemologists and diamond dealers, can be discussed in a meeting.
Once you've chosen your favorite design, we create a 3D model (when necessary). A visual rendering is then sent to you by email so you can approve the dimensions and overall look of your future piece. Once approved, we launch production with great fanfare!
The jewelry transformation is now a reality. The materials used are the same as those in our collections: 18-karat recycled gold and carefully selected natural gemstones. Six to ten weeks after your specifications are approved, your piece will have been transformed. It is now brand new and updated.
You can pick it up in Paris, or receive it at home, with all the care and security your transformed jewel deserves.
