What are Douze Paris jewelry made from?

All our creations are made from 18-carat (750/1000°) recycled gold and fine and precious stones. We only source from RJC-COC labeled foundries in order to verify the traceability of our metals. We also pay particular attention to the origin of our stones. This is why we only use “non-conflict” diamonds to make our jewelry.

How do I know my ring size?

Our rings are available in sizes 49 to 56. On request , we can obviously make smaller or larger sizes!

To determine the ring size for your finger, Douze Paris recommends three methods:

 First method: trust our super little guide

In our humble opinion, this method is by far the best method of the three! Be careful to print this guide at 100% scale so as not to distort the measurements!

Second method: measure a ring you already own

You need :

• the ring you usually wear on your desired finger as well as a millimeter ruler

Measure the internal diameter of the ring you have chosen, then refer to the correspondence table below.

Third method: Measure your finger circumference

You need :

• A thread or tape measure and a millimeter ruler

Wrap the thread or ribbon around your finger then measure the length obtained using your ruler. Once you have obtained the circumference of your finger in millimeters, refer to the correspondence table below.

Tips: It is best to measure your finger at the end of the day. Also take measurements of the widest part of your finger. If you are unsure between two ring sizes, choose the larger one.

Are there several bracelet sizes?

Our bangles are available in one size but have been designed for all your wrists! Chain bracelets can be adjusted to size using the rings provided for this purpose. Do not hesitate to consult the product description on the sales pages and to contact us for more information.

We offer half-measure modifications upon request by email.

Are there several sizes of collars?

The length and width of the necklaces vary depending on the model. Our chain necklaces have been designed to be narrowed/expanded to size using the rings provided for this purpose. Please feel free to view product descriptions on sales pages and contact us for more information.

Is there gift wrapping?

All our items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper then placed in a gift bag, and finally in a bag, to protect them during delivery.

What are the costs and shipping times for my order?

Sending by Colissimo:

Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the address indicated. We offer you shipping costs for any order greater than or equal to €200 (Metropolitan France.) For any purchase less than this amount, please refer to the table below:

Delivery by courier:

For Paris intramural, we also offer delivery by courier for a flat rate of €15 including tax upon request by email.

Unless otherwise indicated by us, your purchase will be processed within 48 to 72 hours following the order. You will receive a confirmation email when the package is shipped.

How to track my order ?

An e-mail indicating the tracking number of your package will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped (so be careful to check your e-mail when creating your account). You can also contact our customer service by sending us a kind word to the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr

What if my jewelry is damaged or broken?

Don't panic, your jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year! If the deterioration of the jewel is linked to its natural wear or if it is a manufacturing defect (a thousand apologies!), we offer free repair upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice downloadable from the section My Account > Order History.) You must then post the product in its original packaging as well as the invoice to the following address:

What is the repair time?

We promise, we will do our best! You can allow around fifteen days to collect your jewelry. A little more, a little less, an estimate of the delivery time will be given to you upon receipt of the product. Finally, you will of course be informed by e-mail of its reshipment.

If my jewelry doesn't suit me, how long do I have to return it?

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return request.

To do so, simply let us know at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr .

Please note, to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the conditions mentioned above are not met, your return will be rejected and your order returned at your expense.

(Psst, we advise you to choose the Colissimo Signature option when returning, we cannot cover the loss of your package!)

Custom-made or Transformation creations are not refundable.

How do I get reimbursed?

It's quite simple! Send us your request by email (specifying the why and how) and we will reimburse you the price of the returned product (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer) to your bank account. An email will be sent to you to confirm the refund.

For hygiene reasons, we do not reimburse piercings used as prostheses during our piercing workshops.

Is the twelve-paris.fr site safe?

Don't worry, your payment card number is not stored on the twelve-paris.fr site but on that of our banking establishment. Any transmission of information(s) on our site is carried out securely.

With which cards can I pay for my order?

We accept the following cards: CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Any payment made on the site will be debited in €.
