Douze Paris undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the amount of the product purchased no later than fourteen days from the date on which Douze Paris received the return package. This commitment is subject to receipt by Douze Paris of the products in their original condition with all packaging.

We strongly advise you to choose the Colissimo Signature option for your shipment in order to be insured in the event of loss or theft of your package. Be careful to wrap the jewelry well in tissue paper with tape to prevent it from slipping out of the box.

Douze Paris undertakes to reimburse the amount of the product only, using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when validating the order. Unless the Customer expressly agrees to use another means of payment and to the extent that reimbursement does not incur costs for the Customer.

Custom-made or Transformation creations are not refundable.

If the Product is returned after the aforementioned deadline, the Product will be reshipped at the Customer's expense. After this period, the Product is kept by Douze Paris.
