Returns:

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return request.

To do so, simply let us know at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr. Return postage costs are at your expense.

Please note: to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewellery must be returned in its original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and your order sent back at your expense.
