What are Douze jewels made of?

All our creations are made from recycled 18-carat gold (750/1000°), and natural fine and precious stones. We source from RJC-COC certified foundries or workshops to ensure the traceability of our metals. We also pay particular attention to the origin of our stones. This is why we only use "non-conflict" diamonds to create our jewelry.
Are Douze brand jewels guaranteed?

Yes! All our jewelry is guaranteed for one year against natural wear and tear: breakage or any manufacturing defect. Beyond that, it is possible to have your jewelry repaired upon request, with additional costs on estimate.
Do our jewels come in a box?

Yes! All our jewellery is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a pouch or case, then delivered in a beautiful bag. Certificate of authenticity, care guide, card to slip in a special message (on request) – every detail has been carefully considered to offer you a precious and unique experience. For your information, you can also request reduced packaging at the time of payment.
