ARTICLE 1 - Organizer and duration of the competition
This competition is organized by DOUZE PARIS and APACHES COLLECTIONS, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizers". It runs from 12/19/2024 at 5:30 p.m. to 12/26/2024 at midnight. The winner will be chosen by drawing lots according to the conditions defined below.

ARTICLE 2 - Lots
Participants have the opportunity to win the following prizes: • A €200 Douze Paris voucher • A €200 Apaches Collections voucher. The Organizers certify that they have obtained authorization from the trademark owner of each of the prizes offered. The delivery of the prizes will not involve any costs for the participants.

ARTICLE 3 - Conditions of participation
3.1 Participation in this competition is free, without obligation to purchase and open to any adult without any restriction, excluding all persons who participated in the development of the competition.

3.2 Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.
3.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative.

3.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the participant's participation being void.

ARTICLE 4 - Principle of competition/participation procedures
This game takes place exclusively on the dates indicated in article 1. Each participant must meet the conditions of the game if they want to have a chance of winning the prize.

ARTICLE 5 - Designation of the winner
The Organizers will draw the winners by lot, from all those who have registered. A draw will be made on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

ARTICLE 6 - Award of prizes and terms of use of prizes
The Organizers of the competition will only contact the winners drawn by email and inform them of the procedures to follow to access the prizes. No mail will be sent to participants who have not won, only the winners will be contacted. The winners must respond within two weeks of sending this email. If the winners do not respond within two weeks of sending this email, they will forfeit their prize and will not be able to claim any compensation, endowment or other compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to a substitute designated during the draw for the session concerned. The winners must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organizers. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false email address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizers. The prize must be used during the period indicated according to the terms and conditions communicated subsequently to the winner.

ARTICLE 7 - Liability
The Organizers of the competition decline all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. The Organizers reserve the right, if circumstances require it, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without their liability being incurred. The Organizers disclaim all liability in the event of a malfunction preventing access and/or the proper running of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts.
